Flying
A wing outside of an aircraft in flight; this picture is a classic. It's my picture, but it's not original. I really enjoy travelling. You get to see new sights, experience new things, and meet interesting people. But, I don't really like flying all that much. It's just ok. It would be worlds better if security was not such a pain, but overall it's not too bad.

The Shape of Water
Hello Readers!
This past weekend I went to the movie theater for the first time since I moved to Shikoku.
My friends and I saw "The Shape of Water." The movie is set at a top secret research facility in 1960s Baltimore, Maryland.
The main character, Elisa, is mute and works as a janitor with her friend Zelda at the research facility.
While working, Elisa and Zelda discover the new research project held in captivity: an amphibious, human like creature.
The movie explores many themes including "Who has power in our society?" and "What does it mean to be human?".
I enjoyed the movie: it made me forget everything around me and transported me to another time in a different place.
I especially liked the soundtrack to the movie by Alexandre Desplat (he wrote the score for the last Harry Potter Movies).
If you have some time, please listen to the soundtrack here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HA8dDFFvOUw
"The Shape of Water" won best picture Sunday night at The Academy Awards and I think the award was well deserved!
Do you think you would you like to watch the movie?
