Special student goodbyes
Every year brings goodbyes. Students who aren't coming back for the next semester. Every year I'm surprised that it happens!
I'm smiling in this picture, but I'm actually really sad to see these girls go! They speak English and Japanese so well already, and were so much fun to talk to! I was quite shocked to have such a young girl in such a high level, but it worked out fine. I only had them for a few months but I will miss both girls enthusiasm for learning.

Language and sleeping (2)
Last time I mentioned about dreaming in a second language. Now I want to bring up talking while you are asleep.
This is something I (don't think) I do all that often anymore, not since I was a kid. But recently, I was told that I was talking in my sleep. Not only that, but I was speaking Japanese! I was shocked when I heard this, but even more so when I was told what I said:
止めろ！殺された！Stop! (I was) killed!
Of course, I don`t exactly know what was said, nor what I was dreaming at the time. But either way, I was speaking Japanese in my sleep! Now I want to record the next time I sleep, to see what I will say!
