Eggy boy
Low protein and pretty cheap. I'm eating a lot of eggs lately. One day, I'd love to make a real "omelet rice" that Japan is pretty famous for. Tbh, I'm not too jazzed about the heavy tomato sauce in the rice. I love the ketchup on top though.
