Since I've moved away from home I've obviously started cooking much more than I did before. Luckily Alex likes to cook too, so we can both cook dinners at home (he actually cooks more than I do). I actually really enjoy cooking though, it's so fun to try making new things. Recently, I've been cooking a lot of Korean style food, because both Alex and I love kimchi and it's so easy to find here. My newest favorite recipe to make is kimchi stew. It's the simplest meal I've ever cooked, and also one of the tastiest. All you need is one pan, so the clean up is super convenient!



This is the recipe I use and it turns out great! I love following maangchi's recipes, they're so delicious and fun to make.
