Re-reading old books.
I've found myself with more time to read recently, so I've stared to go back to some of my favorite old books. I'm a big Steven King fan (Japanese readers might know him as the author of "The Shining" and "The Stand" among many others) and I recently started re-reading his Dark Tower series.

It centers around a man initially known only as "The gunslinger", who is on an epic quest to find the Dark Tower, the center of all existence and time. King has talked quite a bit about how much he was inspired by Sergio Leone's "The Man with no name" films, especially The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.

This happens to be one of my favorite movies, and whenever I read the Dark Tower books I find myself wanting to revisit Leone's movies too. Here's my favorite scene from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly (which happens to be on Youtube). :) WARNING: if you haven't seen it, you may not want to watch, as this is one of the final scenes.
Maybe this will influence my halloween costume. ;-)
