Freeletics
So I have so far kept to my resolution of working out. I am currently using an app called "Freeletics" to keep me on target.
It's actually kind of cool. They show how to do certain exercises to get the most out of your muscles, as well as have routines set aside, each with different sets and reps of each exercise. And best part is it requires little equipment, and most requiring a pull up bar. But for the most part you are just using your body, which is great for me.
The app is free, but you can pay for a "coach", which I guess keeps you on a schedule as well as provide extra support. I don't think I need it, hahaha.
I am so far enjoying it, and keeping up with it. Hopefully I can keep it up indefinitely, and maybe even step up the intensity!
