A Train Gift
On Monday this week I found myself going on a spur of the moment trip to Okayama. We had a ton of fun there and a ton of sun but something awesome happened on the train there. My sister, brother in law, best friend, and I were sitting in the marine liner bound for Okayama when we heard an adorable boy say strawberry in Japanese, we smiled and thought it was cute. Pretty soon I saw the little boy get up and start walking down the aisle in our direction. I thought he would pass us but instead he walked straight to me and offered me some candy. I made sure it was ok with his mom and I accepted the gift. We all pretty much melted from cuteness at that point but soon after he started walking back to me with a deck of UNO cards. He asked me if I know how to play and once I said yes we started playing right there on the train! He was such a brave little boy and I really hope I get to see him again! Thank you Kirito kun for the candies and the game!
