During college my roommates and I would often have a big breakfast brunch on Sunday morning. We'd invite some friends over and make waffles, eggs Benedict, hash browns, and much more. It really was a highlight of college. Finding the food to make these things in Japan can be difficult and I'm always a bit surprised it hasn't caught on more in Japan. I see many restaurants which have some American breakfast foods, but in general a Western style breakfast is not all that common in Japan. I really hope one day everyone tries a full on American breakfast experience, it really is hard to beat!
