Exercise

It's beach time, which means all those pounds you put on during the winter need to go! I know some people try to starve themselves or try crazy diets, like eating only bananas, but nothing is more effective than high intensity exercise. Of course, this needs to be balanced with a well rounded diet and lots of fluids. So get out there and have some fun exercising!
