For months I have been planning to go to Ritsurin Garden. I have heard a lot about it and everyone says it is beautiful. I finally took the opportunity recently. Although it is winter and not many trees had blossoms, it was still beautiful to me. The smell of damp evergreens was heaven for my nose. It reminded me of home. I saw many different colored carp in the lakes. It was overall a great day. I enjoyed the bike ride and scenery. I'm just sad I will not be able to see it in the spring during cherry blossom season.
