Monday, May 31st is Memorial Day in the U.S. Memorial Day is a national holiday to remember soldiers who lost their lives in war. Some people often confuse Veteran's day with Memorial Day. Veteran's Day honors those who have served in the U.S. military and are still living. The holiday is usually referred to Memorial Day weekend since the holiday is always on the last Monday in May.
