Much Ado About Matcha
Do you like matcha-flavored sweets? Honestly, I'm not sure. Recently there have been all kinds of treats with matcha, displayed prominently around my favorite grocery store. So, of course, I had to try some... for science...
The best of the batch were the matcha ice cream Country Ma,am cookies. Very tasty. Some of the others were good, but mostly you could only get a hint of matcha. It is easily over whelmed by chocolate.
More testing may need to be done.
