Ochazuke
Hi Everyone!
Often in class, the topic of favorite foods comes up, and as I mentioned in a previous post, I always say that I love cheese; however, I have stumbled across a new favorite food here in Japan: Ochazuke.
I wish I had known about it sooner, but it’s probably good that I didn’t because I shouldn’t be eating a lot of rice. I love hot tea and drink a lot of it daily. Now, I’ve found something to enjoy with the hot tea—Ochazuke. It really is the perfect winter snack in the cold weather.
So far, I’ve only had the courage to try the seaweed and salmon kinds. What kinds do you like?
