I'm from Texas; that means that I grew up around lots of Tex-Mex food. I would eat Tex-Mex at least once a week while I lived in Texas. So, I often get cravings for Te-Mex food. Here in Takamatsu there are not many options for getting Tex-Mex food. I found a restaurant that I like, but it's in Tokushima. So, on occasion I'm able to visit the Tex-Mex restaurant and I usually bring some food back with me.
