It's been getting so hot here lately, it's hard to believe that it will get any hotter! I am really starting to miss slurpees! Slurpees are a drink you can purchase at 7-11 stores in many countries in the world. It is a frozen drink that is sold in many flavours, like Grape soda, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and even Cherry soda! Canadians purchase an average of 30 million a year (more than anywhere else in the world), and my home province of Manitoba has held the title of Slurpee Capital of the World for the past 15 years, ever since 1999! We drink them all year round, and they are a perfect summer drink.
