Leigh and I love to make tacos occasionally for dinner. It's a food that we often ate in America and it's a nice treat to eat food from home. We usually make beef or chicken tacos with refried beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. They're also a great food to share here in Japan. Since tacos are not common here it can be a nice treat for many people here who have not tried them before. We have had a few taco parties since we've been here. This picture is of the taco seasoning that we use for the meat.
