I just found out about the most remote pub in Britain. This is a place I want to go to. The Old Forge is not a place you can get to by regular transit (bus, car, or train). You have to walk or take a boat. The hike is almost 30 km and takes over a mountain range to a mystical place that you can eat fresh local seafood and drink with friends. I love places like this because it gives you the "I'm away from everything" feeling but has the things you need to survive: drink and food. Combine this with friends and you have the ingredients for a grand time.
