Texas is a very large, dry state, so it is very rare to be able to see the sea, or anything relatively close to it. Before coming to Japan, I visited the coast of America all of 4 times. I have always been drawn to water, the sound, the waves crashing upon the shore, the smell, and the beauty of it all. I believe my favorite part about living in Takamatsu area, is that I am so close to the sea, and I see it almost every day! It is always breathtaking when I pass it. What is your favorite feature of the area where you live? What is the most beautiful element you see?
