BRRRRrrrr...... Coming back to Japan after the winter holidays, I remembered how cold it is here. In Germany it is also very cold, but we build our houses out of concrete. This means that generally there is more insulation to keep out the cold. But even when it is cold, many houses have fireplaces to keep us warm. There is nothing like snuggling up to a warm fire with a book!
