I was able to see my Japanese Mom this week. She wanted to show me around Takamatsu. We went to a great area with shops and cafes. The buildings were very old and beautiful. We ate lunch at a little cafe above a shop. I don't know what I ate but it was good! After that we went to Aeon where she showed me some import stores. Skippy peanut butter was still very expensive for a very small amount. However, there was a cool shop with a lot of random things in it. They reminded me of stereotypical tourist glasses from the 1990's. After that we went back to Mom's apartment and chatted. She made me a traditional American hot dog. Mom loves America and tries to make everything American.
