This weekend I decided to take a trip to Kochi to see Kochi Castle! Although it was the weekend it didn't feel like there were many people there. I really like visiting castles because there's a lot of interesting history to learn. For example, in Kochi before the 20th century, fishermen would go out on boats and hunt whales for food. Learning that was almost worth the trip itself. The view from the top of the castle was also beautiful, though it was kind of high up. I'm not too good with heights but I wanted the experience. All in all it was a very fun trip and I hope to visit Kochi again.
