I recently visited the You Me Town mall in Takamatsu. The main floor of the mall is loaded with restaurants, and there is a large food court located on the third floor with a variety of places to choose from to eat.

I did not want to eat fast food, so I searched the main floor for a Japanese-style restaurant – of which there were plenty to select. I finally choose a restaurant that specialized in Kochi Prefecture food with an emphasis on the local fish there.

There was about a 20-minute wait – always a good sign that the place is popular and the food is good. Once I entered and was seated, I ordered a tempura dish with vegetables and fish. The rice was even cooked in a special pot at my table. The food was excellent. Well prepared and beautifully presented at the table in the way it looked on the serving tray.

I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and would recommend a visit to this place (called Rujimmaru) if you are hungry sometime!
