I found an interesting coffee shop/cafe in Takamatsu, that serves Hawaiian-style pancakes and coffee. It is called Kona`s Coffee.
It is about a 10 minute walk from Ritsurin Garden on Route 11.

The food was all authentic Hawaiin food with specialties in Hawaiian pancakes and the delicious Loco Moco (which includes
a hamburger in gravy, a fried egg on top, avacado, home fried potatoes, and assorted vegetables. They also serve a tasty acai
berry treat as a dessert!

If you have the time, and are in the area, I encourage you to stop by and enjoy a fabulous Hawaiian-style meal. I think you will
enjoy it!
