Japanese Gnocchi!
I love gnocchi! This past weekend, my Japanese friend made her version of gnocchi with Japanese mushrooms and onsentamago (soft-boiled egg, in English). It was absolutely delicious and, honestly, better than most gnocchi I've had! It's really cool to see how a dish's flavors can change so drastically (in a great way) when you combine different ingredients from across cultures. I love Japan and pasta!
