I cannot tell you how excited I am to see the weather start to cool down. This past summer has been the roughest summer in my life as far as weather is concerned.

I hope that autumn and winter last a little longer this year. I definitely plan to revel in it. Most people see summer as the ideal time to spend time outdoors. That isn't the case for me. I tend to do more outdoor activities like going for walks and exploring when it is colder.

The cooler weather couldn't have come at a more perfect time because I moved to a new area recently and I have a lot of exploring to do.
