Regular Ramen Review
The first instant ramen on the list is a type from the UFO brand. Given my low level of Japanese, I'm unsure whether (a) the picture of the lid itself uploaded, and (b) if I followed the 3-step instructions on the lid itself (neat!). The taste was superb and the entire bowl was very filling. It wasn't so spicy as the packaging might indicate (bright red with pictures of spices and bold black kanji), but it had enough of a kick to give small pause between each bite. I later learned that one of the steps includes removing a small detachable portion of the lid for draining.
