Fall has definitely arrived! It was 57 degrees Fahrenheit, 14 degrees Celsius last night!! I had to shut my windows!! Unfortunately, I had just started opening them again since the weather finally changed from hot to warm!! The warm blankets feel great again at night and I am loving the great sleep the cool nights are bringing.

Also loving the cooler weather are the flowers! Autumn flowers are blooming all over Takamatsu! So off I went on my bike to take pictures!! The fall crops are coming up among the freshly harvested rice fields. AND the first leaves are turning color! I saw a whole row of trees already turned to red! Cherry trees at Ritsurin Garden had already dropped their leaves!! My favorite, the bright red color of the Japanese Maples!! Bring them on!!
