They make that soup a little different out in Tokushima. I brought some back home with me after a day trip. I wanted to go all out. I was told you need to eat this with Rice. I took the advice and I think they really have a point. I'm gonna have to try "the real thing". We didn't have time to go to a good spot.

How did I do? Are there any Ramen spots you recommend? I'm kind of in the dark on this stuff.

Another place I love is this spot in Takamatsu called abura ramen. They put big sheets of Nori and a half-boiled egg in the ramen. You ALSO eat that with rice. When you've finished the noodles, take out the nori and put it in your side rice with the egg. SUCH a great place. Try and find it sometime. Near Yashima.
