Getting into Makeup
Some of you may have noticed that I have gotten into makeup as a hobby last year. For Christmas, I received an expensive giftcard for amazon, and it's been incredibly useful.
It's a bad time for me to become interested in makeup, because my options in Japan are pretty limited. There are not as many skin tones for foundation, and I have a hard time finding brighter colors of eye shadow.
In America, in many drugstores, you can buy makeup, test it, and return it if it was a bad color or you hated it. It's a pretty standard thing to do. Now I have to buy everything online, and I have to be very sure and careful that I don't waste my money.
During vacation, I watched a lot of youtube videos that tested all sorts of makeup. I even saw a woman who wore expensive products on one side of her face, and cheap makeup on the other, but you couldn't really tell which was which!
This made me go to amazon to purchase some old brands I used to use. Hopefully I chose wisely.
