Love In A Burrito
The other night, I was surprised with some homemade, tofu burritos. Mexican food is truly the way to my heart, especially when it's vegetarian! The burrito was so beautiful and delicious, I had to take a picture of it. My favorite part was the homemade "pico de gallo". This is a salsa made of diced tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro, lime, salt, and jalapenos if you like a little spice! I savored every last bite of the reminiscent flavors.
