Walking
As some of you know that I've been since the new year been losing some weight and I have been very happy with my results but I've hit a bit of a dead end in terms of my progress. I suspect it wasn't my diet, since I was eating lower than my recommended amount of energy and I wasn't indulging in other things, so I suspected it was me not being as active as I should be, which brought me to getting outside and walking in the morning.
It's a great way to start the day and it adds a bit of healthy activity into your day!
