DIY Herb Salt
Did you know you can make your own herb salt very easily? I participated in a short demo on Shodoshima. It took about 30-45 minutes, costs about 1500 yen, and is fun. You select what goes in the salt. The final step is the taste test. You can try your salt with bread and soup. It would make a good gift too.
