Another trip to Imabari, and a tori gate.
A few weeks back I took a trip up to Imabari and parts west.

Since I've spent so much digital ink talking about cars lately, I figured I'd change topics to another one of my old loves- boats! Imabari has very large and important shipbuilding industry, and we stumbled into this tiny harbor with a massive container ship very close by. So cool!
We ended up taking a long drive in the country (again) and ended up at this little Tori gate on the water. It was quite beautiful.

We continued our drive down the West coast of Shikoku, eventually ending up in Matsuyama! By the time we got there it was too dark for photos, but please enjoy this sunset photo of a beach on the way down. Lovely :)
