I've been making pizza. It takes a bit of time to make sure each ingredient gets the attention it deserves.

I was attempting a certain style of pizza called "Detroit style". Chicago and Detroit are both famous for a certain style of pizza and they are similar in some ways, but the texture and flavors say a lot about what each city loves about pizza. One of the biggest differences puts the sauce on top of the pizza after the spices and cheese.
