Rice, tomato, egg, and love
They've perfected their craft. Omelette rice is quintessential Japanese cooking. More important than miso soup or combini rice balls, and I care about those a lot.
There's great omelette rice in Yashima. It's very close to the Yashima Gem school. Do you know the shop I'm talking about? Meet me there. I'll be the one ordering seconds.
