I'm getting ready to eat a big sushi roll. I never heard of setsubun until I came to Japan, but many people here seem excited. I'm told the holiday is changing days this time. There are some inconsistencies that come from the Chinese lunar calendar, and that changes what day it falls on. The idea of dad's dressing up for their kids is absolutely cute, but I haven't met a dad yet who tells me they do that.

I'm going to eat a korean inspired makizushi for the holiday. I've had my fill of fish for a while, and some beef sounds nice.
