A temple for all the foods we love

Daikons got a lot of uses. chunks and slices. Coins and half-moons. Grated and whole-roasted. What if there was a place to worship the great Japanese radish. I got a place and I took some pictures when I hiked there. There had some really cool komainu too. Loves those things. It's part of the henro walk in Yakuri. Go take a look.
A tip about Daikon. The green top of the daikon has a bit of sugar in it. The bottom is a little bitter, and the tops are a bit sweet. If that's important for your recipe then you should buy that specific portion of the daikon! Neato burrito.
What's your favorite use of Daikon?
