That sweet and hot sauce has been haunting me for a month. I'm hungry again.
The real beauty of shwarma was the friends I ate it with. This was there first time in Japan and I wanted to do them right. I was really flexible to their whims, but I wasn't afraid to point at something and say "Oh, man! that looks good!" Some people travel really badly, or have weird ideas about what Japan is like. These guys were the best and I loved hanging with them in June. I miss them everyday. EVEN, more than shawarma!
