Cheese
Hey Everyone!
I often ask students what their favorite food is, and they then ask me what mine is; the answer to that question is cheese. This answer often gets an odd reaction because cheese isn't very popular in Japan. However, in America we have so many different types of cheeses that it's hard not to love it. I think this is one of the main things I miss about America. The best is extra sharp cheddar and pepper jack. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I wish Japan had more types of cheese.
