Yakiniku Partaaaay
I really enjoy the communal cooking aspect of Japanese food. During my brother's visit we had a yakiniku night at home. It's such an easy thing to make and it feels like a luxury! Many Japanese dishes are difficult for me to make at home so I enjoy the ease of yakiniku.
