Hello!

This past week, we had a really fun little adventure into Takamatsu, the largest city in Kagawa, located about an hour's drive away from us here in Kanonji.We had a long weekend scheduled, so we decided to take advantage of it by staying overnight in one of the city's hotels, and just relaxing in a new place for a couple of days. It was great!

We did a little shopping, a little exploring, and some visiting of friends as well. We stopped in at the new Kawaramachi Flag Mall right by the train station, and had lunch at an Italian Bistro on the top floor which was quite unique! I found a really beautiful wallet that I almost bought right then, and decided to hold off on at the last moment. We walked through the Shotengai shopping street and stopped in at some arcades which were very loud, and some smaller family run shops which were very quiet!

All in all, it was a really great, relaxing time, and I'm looking forward to being able to spend lots more time in the city in the coming year!
