Oh My Gosh, Lasagna!

Hi Readers,
In early October I had a craving... Lasagna! But making lasagna in Japan isn't the easiest thing to do. Typical lasagna is baked, but since the oven at home would take too long, I decided to try my hand at stove top lasagna. It was absolutely amazing! It was exactly what I wanted. I wanted to make it spicy, but since I had friends with me, I couldn't. Needless to say, oh my gosh, lasagna!
Making it was fairly simple and took a little over an hour to prepare.
The first thing I did was softened the lasagna noodles. While the noodles were softening I gathered and prepared the other ingredients required. I browned some ground beef and seasoned it and once the noodles were ready I just started stacking. Noodles on the bottom, ground beef and spaghetti sauce mixture, cheese, repeat. Let it cook until your desired consistency and that's it.
Top it with some freshly grated cheese and you are set.
This is a delicious and simple meal to make, though a little time consuming. I hope you can enjoy this with your family in the future.
Thank you for reading!
