Buying an Xbox One

I went shopping this afternoon and came a cross a deal I couldn't resist - a lightly used Xbox one for just ¥27000. These are selling in America for around $400 right now, so this was a crazy steal.
I've been playing video games for a long time, but I just couldn't bring myself to buy a new system once I got to Japan. I brought my trusty xbox360 over from America, and I still play it occasionally. Unfortunately, most of my friends have moved on to either a PC gaming platform or one of the "next gen (generation)" consoles.
In Japan, the PLaystation and the Wii are king, but in America, xbox controls a large section of the console market. They have struggled in this latest generation because of a big change in their strategy. The Xbox One was originally marketed as an all-in-one box - something to hook up to your cable box and your internet connection, a sort of hub for your whole living room. Unfortunately, it tried to do this at the expense of games, which most people felt was its primary purpose.
In Japan, the xbox was never very popular, and the latest generation is incredibly hard to find. I got very lucky with this purchase, and I'm very excited to try it out. :)
