Explaining Top Gear

Recently an adult student of mine asked me what I though about Top Gear, the long running and extremely popular British motoring show. We are both fans, but some other students in my class had never heard of it, so I had to take a few minutes to explain.
Top Gear has been going since the early '90s. In its most recent (and most popular) form it is hosted by 3 men - Jeremy Clarkson (the fat one) Richard Hammond (the short one) and James May (the slow/ old one). The three hosts are good friends, and so they endlessly make jokes at one another's expense. Jeremy regularly gets called a hairy ape, Hammond is constantly accused of having his teeth whitened and has his height mocked, and James is depicted as old, slow, and fashionless.
Their chemistry is really awesome, and until very recently, Top Gear was actually the most watched factual TV show in the world.
What happened recently is that Jeremy Clarkson got drunk ad punched a producer. He was eventually fired, and Hammond and May went with him, leaving the show without any hosts. What does the future hold for Top Gear? Nobody is sure.
