March is finally here! I am so ready for all the changes that come with it! Nothing against winter, but winter kind of sucks. It gets cold, the sun rises later, it's very cold, sometimes it snows, snow is cold, it gets darker sooner, did I mention that it is cold? Not a big fan of the cold, if you were unaware. But with the coming of spring, it means the weather will begin to get warmer, the days will get longer, and more fun can be had!



I am especially looking forward to events like cherry blossom viewing (はなみ). I arrived to Japan about two weeks after it was over, and I was really sad about it (not terribly sad; after all, I made it to Japan!). I am gonna need suggestions as to the best viewing places to go. I have heard that the castles are pretty hot spots!
