Protein Powder

Recently, I have tried to eat more for breakfast. I usually had a bowl of cereal and a banana. However, I often found myself hungry just a few hours later. So I bought protein powder on the internet and have been drinking protein shakes with my breakfast. I am no longer hungry after eating breakfast, which means that I am also less cranky. For those like me who have a fast metabolism, I recommend drinking a protein shake with your meals.
