I went to an art exhibit in Marugame. There was an interesting variety of paintings. I think they said it was paintings that used to be inside of businesses. I'm not sure about this one, but it's by Higashiyama Kaii, and I really like it!

It was so large that it stretched into 3 separate paintings in the gallery. I'm in awe over the color. I don't usually care about art, but sometimes there is just one that I like very much. I often teach my students about blue-green and teal, but this was the first time that I saw a perfect blend.

I heard there is a museum for this artist in Shikoku, and I want to see it now.
