Cooking for myself
Lately, in an effort to save some money, I've been cooking at home more often. The other day I made tacos using ground beef, red bell peppers, and mushrooms with just some basic seasonings. It was really delicious.
I've also been making a lot of soups in an effort to fend off the winter cold. I like using the nabe broth that is very common and cheaply available in Japanese super markets in a variety of flavors. It's really convenient!
