Shabu shabu at Asahi brewery!
Saijo is the home of Shikoku's Asahi brewery. I've been there a few times now, and it's always a good time.
But the best part of a visit is always the food. It's either shabu shabu or grilled meat, and either one is delicious. It was raining pretty heavily when I went, so we selected an all you can eat shabu shabu course. It was super delicious!
There were three kinds of meat: Beef, pork, and the much harder to find lamb. all were amazing but the lamb was my favorite.
