A quick Kochi trip
Last weekend I made the run down to Kochi for a late lunch at Hirome ichiba.
Hirome Ichiba is a big indoor market in the heart of Kochi city. It's full of tiny izakayas, cafes and restaurants. They're all amazing in their own ways, but really the best reason to go is the fire grilled bonito, or "katsuo tataki". It's amazing, and i really prefer the salted version to the sauce version. Both are delicious though.
